What to expect from a collaboration?
STEP 1
Initial interview
In a personal meeting, we discuss the most important requirements. Do you want to rent out for a specific period or for a longer term? Would you like to let decorated or furnished? And what type of tenant would you prefer to see in your property? One of the possibilities is, for example, renting to expats.
STEP 2
Inventory of the living space
The property is viewed and inventoried for its characteristics. This is followed by an advice on what we think is a market-level rental price. Also advice will be given on making the interior photo-friendly so that nice pictures can be taken.
STEP 3
Offer your living space online
Besides listing your property on our own website and social media channels, we offer your property on Pararius and a number of smaller, dedicated rental platforms. Your property will also be brought to the attention of international companies and relocation agencies in the region. The photos are accompanied by informative and appealing text so that your property stands out.
STEP 4
Potential tenants
From the people who apply with Found by Bo, we select the most suitable candidates for you. Candidates who have shown serious interest after the viewing will be presented to you. Found by Bo conducts the negotiations, obviously with an eye on the most favourable conditions. Based on the submitted documents, we do a thorough investigation of the candidate. So that you can choose the right candidate with confidence.
STEP 5
Agreement and delivery
After the thorough check off all the documents that have been send and your approval for the most suitable candidate, we draft the lease. The lease will be forwarded to you for approval. The key delivery moment will be scheduled after all the documents have been signed, the deposit and first month rent has been paid.
During the key exchange moment we make a full report with detailed photo's of the state of the property.
